Ingredients : butternut squash, EVOO, mixed herbs, salt & pepper.

Side dish : any meat roast (chicken, beef or lamb)

Pairing : a pinot noir or a sauvignon blanc

Will provide 4 to 6 servings. Keep it 7 days in the refrigerator or longer in the freezer. Pre heat oven to 375°F convection and reheat up to 165°F in core temperature.
