Burgundy beef stew

Ingredients : beef chuck, carrots, mushrooms, onions, diced tomatoes, red wine, bone broth, garlic, thyme, bay leaf, rosemary, salt & pepper.

Side dish : rice, baked vegetables, mash cauliflower

Pairing : A pinot noir red wine

Will provide 4 to 6 servings. Keep it 7 days in the refrigerator or longer in the freezer. Pre heat oven to 375°F convection and reheat up to 165°F in core temperature.
