Beef (or chicken) Stroganov

Ingredients : stew beef or chicken breast, white mushrooms, tomato concentrate, butter, onion, mustard, cream, porto, salt & pepper.

Side dish : pasta or rice

Pairing : A Merlot, a Cabernet Sauvignon or a light lager.

Will provide 4 to 6 servings. Keep it 7 days in the refrigerator or longer in the freezer. Pre heat oven to 375°F convection and reheat up to 165°F in core temperature.
