Gratin Dauphinois is a decadent French classic made with thinly sliced potatoes slowly baked in rich cream, garlic, and a hint of nutmeg until the top turns golden and irresistibly crisp. Beneath that bronzed crust lies a velvety, melt-in-your-mouth interior that’s pure comfort and indulgence in every bite.
