Ingredients : bell peppers or tomatoes, sausage meat, onions, tomatoes, garlic, shredded parmesan, salt & pepper, olive oil, mixed herbs.

Side dish : rice

Pairing : A Pinot Noir or a chilled Sauvignon Blanc.

Will provide 4 to 6 servings. Keep it 7 days in the refrigerator or longer in the freezer. Pre heat oven to 375°F convection and reheat up to 165°F in core temperature.
