Ingredients : a whole chicken, creamer potatoes, butter, mixed herbs, salt & pepper.
Side dish : -
Pairing : a chardonnay or a sauvignon blanc (chilled).
Will provide 4 to 6 servings. Keep it 7 days in the refrigerator or longer in the freezer. Pre heat oven to 375°F convection and reheat up to 165°F in core temperature.
