Chicken Tajine

Ingredients : chicken thighs, onion, olive oil, zucchini, red bell pepper, tomato, green olives, lemon, raisins, tajine spices, salt & pepper.

Side dish : semolina (durum wheat)

Pairing : A chilled Sauvignon Blanc, a Chardonnay or a mint tea (a staple in Morocco).

Will provide 4 to 6 servings. Keep it 7 days in the refrigerator or longer in the freezer. Pre heat oven to 375°F convection and reheat up to 165°F in core temperature.
