Ingredients : a whole chicken, mushrooms, onions, crushed tomatoes, white wine, chicken broth, thyme, bay leaf, salt & pepper.
Side dish : pasta, rice, mashed potatoes or baked vegetables
Pairing : A Chardonnay or a Sauvignon blanc
