Cheesy zucchini slices

Ingredients : zucchini, EVOO, cheese, mixed herbs, salt & pepper.

Side dish : any meat roast (chicken, beef or lamb) or some brisket

Pairing : a pinot noir or a sauvignon blanc

Will provide 4 to 6 servings. Keep it 7 days in the refrigerator or longer in the freezer. Pre heat oven to 375°F convection and reheat up to 165°F in core temperature.

Zucchini slices coates with melted cheese and seasoning.

Topped with a generous layer of shredded Parmesan, they emerge from the oven irresistibly savory, with a nutty, cheesy crust that melts into each juicy bite.
