Pot au feu (the classic beef stew)

Ingredients : beef short ribs, beef chunk, leeks, turnips, carrots, cabbage, onion, cloves, thyme, bay leaves, bone broth, salt & pepper

Serve with : mustard and coarse salt

Pairing : A Merlot, Cabernet (Franc, Sauvignon) or Grenache & Syrah blend

Will provide 4 to 6 servings. Keep it 7 days in the refrigerator or longer in the freezer. Pre heat oven to 375°F convection and reheat up to 165°F in core temperature.
