Ingredients : egg plant, zucchini, bell pepper, onions, crushed tomatoes, garlic, tomatoes, mixed herbs, bay leaf, salt & pepper.
Side dish : roast chicken
Pairing : A Pinot Noir or Sauvignon blanc
Will provide 4 to 6 servings. Keep it 7 days in the refrigerator or longer in the freezer. Pre heat oven to 375°F convection and reheat up to 165°F in core temperature, or you may also try it cold, the following day.
