Classic Lasagna
Ingredients : lasagna pasta, fresh mozzarella, parmesan & sharp cheddar, ground beef, pork sausage, tomato sauce, onion, mixed herbs, butter, bone broth, salt & pepper.
White sauce ingredients (optional) : butter, all purpose (unbleached, organic) flour, milk.
Side dish : a romaine salad
Pairing : A chianti, a barbera, a mourvèdre, or a light lager.
Will provide 4 to 6 servings. Keep it 7 days in the refrigerator or longer in the freezer. Pre heat oven to 375°F convection and reheat up to 165°F in core temperature.
