Lasagna ( w/ or w/o white sauce)

Ingredients : lasagna pasta, onion, butter, shredded parmesan & sharp cheddar, nut meg, mixed herbs, ground beef, cream, bone broth, salt & pepper.

White sauce ingredients : butter, all purpose (unbleached, organic) flour, milk, nutmeg.

Side dish : a Romaine salad

Pairing : A Chianti, a Barbera, a Mourvèdre, or a light lager.

Will provide 4 to 6 servings. Keep it 7 days in the refrigerator or longer in the freezer. Pre heat oven to 375°F convection and reheat up to 165°F in core temperature.
